1. Acceptance of these terms

By opening or using Turboarenacore (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If any part doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the Service. These terms form an agreement between you and Turboarenacore Entertainment Ltd.

2. Eligibility and age (18+)

The Service is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are at least 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has been using Turboarenacore, we will close access. Nothing here is intended for children.

3. The nature of the Service

Turboarenacore is a social game played for fun only. It is not gambling and does not fall within the scope of the Gambling Act 2005, because no money or money's worth can be staked, won or withdrawn. Any in-game success is purely for entertainment and is no indication of how you might fare at real-money gambling, which is an entirely different activity.

4. Virtual coins

Virtual coins are a play feature of the Service and nothing more. They carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed, transferred or cashed out, and may be adjusted, reset or removed at our discretion. Buying, selling or trading coins outside the Service is not permitted.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the Service lawfully and for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
• Don't attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
• Don't use bots, exploits or anything that interferes with fair, intended play.
• Don't misrepresent your age or impersonate anyone else.

6. Intellectual property

The Turboarenacore name, our cheeky critter artwork, logos, text and software belong to Turboarenacore Entertainment Ltd or our licensors. You may enjoy the Service as intended, but you may not copy, resell or reuse our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of a free game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date above. Continuing to use Turboarenacore after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
